Screen flickering

Hi support,

My meural canvas II backlight started randomly flickering a few months ago, and today it also started to show a dark area on one corner of the frame. It feels like the backlight of the meural is faulty and beginning to fail. Since I can’t find any way to contact support, can anyone from netgear help?
