Hello,
I have been having the same problem for weeks now, about half my photos do that. I can solve the problem temporarily if I force the orientation settings from horizontal to vertical and back to horizontal. But the problem eventually comes back. I am running the latest version: 2.0.8 and my product key is: MEU0717020003220
Can you please help with this

While this is typically the go-to fix for most tech issues, I neglected to try it at first because the symptoms didn’t seam to merit it. About a week ago I unplugged it for 30 seconds and then plugged it in again. The meural has worked properly since.
