I've been having the same exact problem. Occasional black screen with a tiny white square in the upper left corner. What was the fix or solution.

I have been having the same problem for weeks now, about half my photos do that. I can solve the problem temporarily if I force the orientation settings from horizontal to vertical and back to horizontal. But the problem eventually comes back. I am running the latest version: 2.0.8 and my product key is: MEU0717020003220

- It was purchased December 2019 so it seems I would not qualify for “complimentary support”? I am hoping someone can share how they solved this problem.

- Couldn't fix with phone support. Required an RMA replacement and so far so good with the new Meural.
- My problem is solved, for now, so I thought I’d share... While this is typically the go-to fix for most tech issues, I neglected to try it at first because the symptoms didn’t seam to merit it. About a week ago I unplugged it for 30 seconds and then plugged it in again. The meural has worked properly since.
