Hello Meural Community,
UGHMediaTech - Thank you for posting this issue! It definitely looks like something isn't quite right with your unit. A power surge has been known to cause issues with electronics although I can't say for sure if this is the cause in your case. I have tried to replicate this on my Meural and my Meural II but haven't been able to replicate this issue. If we're able to replicate this then it may rule out an electrical issue.
Ovecarleone - Thank you for joining in this discussion. I attempted to change my sensitivity to high, medium and low but still couldn't replicate the problem with resolution. Any additional details you can share about your settings that may help me try to replicate?
Looking forward to hearing more.
Best,
Christine

Hi Christine
Thank you for your reply.
I don't think it's something you can force by doing it once or twice. I had the sensitivity setting for a few weeks on high. It occured a few times after I switches from the lights far from the canvas to the ones near the canvas. The flickering didn't happen every time but it did happen a few times. Since I switched to medium sensitivity it didn't happen anymore but I still have to check a few weeks.

Hello Ovecarleone,
Thanks for sharing the timeline with me! I'll continue to play with the settings and ambient lighting to see if I can somehow trigger it. I'd love to hear back after a few weeks or as soon as it happens again. :-)
UGHMediaTech - Is this still an issue for you? Does this still happen as soon as you plug it in and does it ever resolve to a good image?
Cheers,
Christine

Just posted with very similar circumstances. That's more or less what mine looked like this morning but now it appears to be dead.
