I am also having SD card problem, Meural can't detect my SD storage, I followed all available info online as far as size and formating, still no avil, customer service is not helpfule at all and there is no official trouble shooting steps from Netgear/Meural, let me know if you find the way to solf this problem, I totally regred paying $600 for this unit
