Unable to Delete a Number of Photos
I am unable to delete a number of photos from the Meural Canvas App. The photos always show up in the "All Uploads" folder no matter what I do. These photos have the linked photo icon but they ...
Figured it out finally...
- Login to: my.meural.com (using your Netgear account)
- Delete the photos there.
Couple of things Netgear might address:
- The existence of my.meural.com accounts should be better noted. Didn't know my.meural.com accounts existed until digging deep into this.
- App software should have been able to delete the unlinked images.
- App software shouldn't have showed those images as linked when they were not.
