Uploading Membership Meural Art Work to the Cloud

I have had my Canvas II for over a year and have loved the Canvas despite many challenges figuring out how to use the app.

My most recent challenge, how do I upload Meural membership art work to my 20G cloud storage? Seems I can only upload personal photos from my PC. Need help to get Meural art works onto the cloud storage.

Thanks for help from anyone that has figured this out.

    Hello Fred_Merc,

     

    Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!

     

    The cloud storage on your Meural Canvas is reserved for your personal photos. The Meural works from playlist will remain on the Meural cloud servers, but can be displayed on your personal Meural Canvas when selected.

      Hi Kevin,

       

      Really appreciate your response. To manage the 4G limit, which of the following uses up the 4G space?

       

      •   Images being currently displayed
      •   Downloaded MyMeural Works Playlist
      •   MyMeural Works in My created Playlist
      •   Personal Photos in My created Playlist
      •   Other ways memory is taken up?

       

      Also, if the same MyMeural image is listed in multiple playlist does each entry use added space.

        Personal photos that are uploaded to the Meural app takes up your non-membersihp 4G storage.
