Videos sized wrong
When I upload a .mov file to meural 27, I get a huge black frame around the video which shrinks the video by a third. Tried different formats with no success. Thoughts?

Hello Rrhall
Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
While the Meural supports .avi, .mkv, .mp4 and .mov formats, smaller formats in H.264 and MPEG4 encoding such as .gif tend to run better. The time it takes to process a .gif depends on image dimensions and number of frames.
Here are the file recommendations for video formats for your Meural Canvas:
For vertical images: 9:16 ratio, cropped to fit 1080 x 1920
For horizontal images: 16:9 ratio, cropped to fit 1920 x 1080
Here are the recommended video frame rates and bit rates for your Meural Canvas:15 frames per second (fps) with a bit rate of up to 10 Mbps.
Please follow the recommended number of frames per .gif file for your Meural Canvas videos:
For .gif files with dimensions around 1920 x 1080, fewer than 90 total frames.
For .gif files with smaller dimensions, fewer than 200 total frames.

Community Team- RrhallAspirantMy video file is .mov and is h264 format. Appears these file types are supported by meural based on your guidance. So the question remains, why is meural significantly reducing the size of the video if the file format is correct?
