Your Canvas is out of Space

I was trying to add meural to my playlist.

I get the warning message saying "Failed - Your Canvas is out of Space"

But in my uploads, it says " 19.4 GB cloud storage remaining"

How to rectify this issue?

    Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!

     

    I understand that you are having an issue when adding an additional playlist to your Meural Canvas.

     

    Please factory reset your Meural Canvas then add the playlist to your Meural Canvas. 

     

    Below I attached a link with steps on how to reset your Meural Canvas back to factory settings:

        Hello 1KrK1,

         

        Thank you for your response!

         

        When the Meural Canvas is out of usable space onboard space it will show the error message described above. The Meural Canvas has 4GB of onboard storage. The onboard storage is used when photos are sent directly to the Meural Canvas. To use the cloud storage please upload your desired photos to a playlist then send the playlist to your Meural Canvas. 

         

        To verify  the onboard storage space on your Meural Canvas please navigate to the following on your Meural app:

         

        • Settings
        • Canvas Details
        • Free Space

        Let me know if you continue to have difficulties uploading your desired playlist to your Meural Canvas!
