Access control turned off but still blocking my devices MR60

Turned off the acess control, but some of my devices (Laptops, TV) are still being blocked.  it was say wifi connected but no internet connection.  this is really getting annoying!

    May you reboot your router and have the laptop and TV forget the WiFi network and reconnect to it.
