After power outage, MR60 Satellites don't connect & 2 phantom wifi networks BRCMAP0 and 1 show up

So you factory rest the MR and MS, and while one MS is power unplugged and you try to setup the MR first and completly get it set up. Then power ON 1 MS, use the MRs web page to sync the MS, the MS fails to sync at all while you have the MS near or in same room as the MR? 

You might try re-loading FW on the MS using this process:

What you need to do is factory reset the MS. Wire connect a PC to the 1st satellite📡. Already have the most current FW version files downloaded on to this PC.

Wire connect 1 PC to the back of the MS. Factory reset the MS, wait about 5 minutes. The PC will get a IP address from the satellite📡. The MS will be 192.168.1.250. Use this IP address in a web browser to log in to the satellites web page. Log in as admin and password. Use the satellites 📡 web page FW update feature to select the FW update file that was unpacked from the .zip file. Then factory reset and then re-sync the MS 📡 to the MR
