All Devices Connecting to Router - None to Satellite
I'm looking at my nighthawk app and all of my equipment is connected to my M60 router and nothing is connected to my satellite. The satellite is closer to all but 3 devices, yet none are connected to the satellite. Is this normal?

It depends on your setup.
How far from the router is the satellite? (they need to be at least 30 ft apart)
Also, even if they're closet to the satellite, many times they'll still connect to the router if they have a decent signal. Reason why is going through the satellite can cause slower speeds and increased latency. So if their signal is still "good enough" many times they can still connect to the router.

Log into the router using it’s IP address
____.____.____.1
I’d= admin
PE= password unless you changed it (and you should).
That accurately shows what is connected to what. Also the signal strength.
On rebooting the system, the router always comes back on line first, so every device sees that first and does connect to it (the base router). Once sats are back up, devices do not automatically switch to stronger data signal. However, after few minutes of walking around with a tablet or phone, those devices switch to a stronger signal. Unfortunately, devices that do not move need to be cycled off then on, sometimes just cycling WiFi off then on will also get it to connect to the stronger sat signal - just depends upon the device. A big PIA aspect of mesh versus the old extenders. EVERY firmware update, every reconfiguration reboot, every internet outage needs the power cycling. BUT in many but not all instances where my devices do not move, the new poor strength base signal is still much better than the old extended one, but no where near as good as when properly connected to the new sat.
