Anyone elses MK62 system an unreliable POS?

I cant even put the model number into this garbage site because its not listed.  Typical.

 

This router is crap, constantly disconnects devices and support is useless.  Reboots, resets, some stupid fixed settings, nothing resolving it.  And its definitely my local network because I can see wireless devices losing connectivity to a local server, a connection that requires zero internet.  

 

I feel they are just kicking the can until my free support ends in two days.
