AP + Satellite does not pass ICMP ti ethernet connected device behind the MS60 satellite.

I have a laptop connected to the ethernet port on an MS60.  
From the wired network connected to the router/AP The laptop behind the satellite is not pingable.  
This is not a firewall issue on the laptop.  
It is pingable from this network if wired in directly.  
The combination MR60 and MS60 is not passing ping traffic from the AP side to the client behind the MS60.  
Ping does work in the other direction (from laptop back through wireless link) to the wired lan.   
Only ping/ICMP are not  being passed. I can RDP or get TCP to from the laptop normally.  
The laptop has a webserver that works fine.  
While it cannot be pinged.   
It's ARP to IP resolution is fine.  And matches what is actually on it versus
the one that is on the satellite.
