AX1500 won't connect to internet
I recently purchases an AX1500. When trying to install it, the app will recognize the router and my phone will connect to it, but without internet, and it says the network cable isn't connected. I ha...
It is the MK6W. The label on the router indicates MR60.
I have an optical fiber connection that terminates in the box on the outside of the house. From there they ran a cable into the house that terminates in a box that is identical to what you would connect a phone line to, but it only has an ethernet port in it.
Previously, I would connect an ethernet cable between that and my router's internet port, and that worked.

That should still work.
Can you try the wired setup?
Have you reset the MR60 before connecting to it?
