Had 2 full M60 systems. Both routers setup, 1 as an AP. 3 of the 4 sats setup around the house. Yesterday I had to reboot main router and even factory rest it. Today it all crashed, nothing worked. I...

So lets try setting up just 1 MK system while leaving the 2nd OFF.
Try to Sync the MS near or in same room as the MR.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between MR and MS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

This KB worked for me, it was a little annoying, but the tech I had was patient. After we tried all the standards, this was finally the one that got it going.

je13air47's method fixed my problem. I had blinking white lights on all satellites after attempting a FW update through the Nighthawk mobile app. I tried power cycling and hard resets, but none of that fixed the problem. I'm not hardware savvy, so I was reluctant to push a FW update through a hardwired connection, but I followed the instructions exactly, and now my my mesh network is working again.

It's recommended to use the MR or MS web pages first to push any FW updates to the MS first, then MR lastly using a wired PC. Wireless is not recommended.
TFTP would only be needed as a last resort.
Using the mobile NH app can be problematic and is not recommended to do any FW updates thru.
Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
Enjoy. 📡

From Youtube comments section (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XeoS0xVINOE😞
"If anyone still fails with these instructions from my experience try this next one: use 30-30-30 method (push reset button 30 seconds and remove power cable without removing your tool whatever from the reset button - wait 30 seconds and put powercable back and also continue pushing that reset button with tool for 30 seconds) after this light stays static and u can try uploading that firmware. I think this is somekinda factory recovery state for netgear ?"
This somehow worked for me. It perfectly factory reset the router and I was able to set it up again, didn't even have to upload firmware. Originally I was trying to upload new firmware but my router was so bricked it wasn't even allowing uploads.
After doing the "30-30-30" method I still observed blinking white lights for perhaps 15 seconds, but then it turned a solid orange! From there I set everything up as if it was new, and it works again.
