Cannot connect to additional MS60 satellite

Have you tried hardwiring it into the router for a period?
Its probably behind on firmware and needs to get updated to sync.

Can you please explain what do you mean by hardwiring to the router? Do you mean that i connect with cable from router directly to the satellite with Ethernet cable?
If the answer is yes,please explain next steps and how can i find this satellite and update firmware?yes. Temporarily move the satellite by the router and connect it with an ethernet wire. And walk away for around 20 minutes.
Then log into the router via the browser (not the app) and check the sync status and firmware pages. A lot of the time, it'll handle it on its own but sometimes you have to manually update/sync it.
