I have the same problem but the solution didn't work for me unfortunately. I have the MK63 (MR60 router and two MS60 satellites) on the latest firmware V1.0.6.102.

 

I've done some extensive testing and I'm quite sure the problem only happens when both the media device (Chromecast) and phone are connected to the SAME satellite AND on the SAME wifi band.

    I have the MR60 mesh router with one satellite.  This solution did not work for me, either.  When the Chromecast on the MR60, it works.  When it is on the satellite, it does not work.
