compatible range extender - nighthawk ac3200
which range extender is best with the neghthawk ac3200 triband router
I highly recommend the triband extenders.
A standard extender has to receive and then rebroadcast a signal. And it can't do both at once so it automatically takes a 50% hit on speed. The tribands mitigate this by reserving a band just for router----extender communication. they have significantly better performance than the standard extenders.
