Connected locally

Nighthawk MR60 shows router connected locally & unable to connect to router. Solutions?

    Need more details on whats connected locally. 

    Are you using a mobile app or the MRs web page? 

    Screen capture if what your looking at would be good was well.

     

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

    Are you talking access it through the app? 
    Have you tried logging in through the browser?
