Your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. This would be a double NAT condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the NG router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the NG router gets from the modem. https://kb.netgear.com/25891/DMZ-on-NETGEAR-routers

Yeah - so the MR60 literally says it doesnt support bridge mode on your gateway. Just a little FYI.
I also literally asked for clear help and you used every method of overcomplicating the answer. I can see why people all over the world don't know how to get appropriate tech advice if this is what you give.
Not sure why I even asked if this is the answer given. "Contact your ISP" I literally laid out the exact equipment hoping for an answer for how to work with my EXACT equipment - because I know I am not the only one. but alas - here we are.
Good day

The trouble can be that bridge mode means different things if different contexts.
In your case, it is the Xfinity XB7-T that needs to be in bridge (modem only) mode. That turns off the router bit.
xfinity xb7-t bridge mode - Google Search
There are several useful links there:
Here's what Xfinity says:
Use Bridge Mode on your wireless gateway - Xfinity Support
Then you can use the MR60 as it stands.
An alternative is to put the MR60 into access point mode.

I'd inquired of a local person that can come and help you out. Seems like you may need someone that has more networking knowledge and understanding of how modems and routers work.
All good valid information has been given to help you out.
Good Luck.
