So I have been running into some issues with my Nighthawk router. I have a Nighthawk MR60 and I keep having lag and I checked the logs and it appears that the router is sending DHCP reservations ever...

I think the attached devices area of the router's admin page can give some text about an IP address (sometimes a name), but basically I'd try turning off various internet devices until that message goes away. Then try to update it, or maybe set it up again (clear the settings).
