Ethernet No IP assigned

Router - Nighthawk MR60

Modem - Netgear CM1200

After power outage, always and always I used to get below error:
Ethernet No IP assigned and below is how I troubleshooted the issue:

How to fix/troubleshoot netgear issue at home

1. Disconnect all Satellites

2. Disconnect all plugs from router and modem

3. Power up Modem and connect Lan cable to laptop and check if internet is working

(Note: Should not be connected to Nighthawk router)

4. Power up router and connect ethernet cable to laptop and you will see ip address not assigned

5. Now connect Lan cable from model to router and connect to https://routerlogin.net/

6. This will enable the IP and if not choose static up in routerlogin portal in link internet and that should fix.

7. Once done power up all the satellites.
