Finding a Solution to have Ethernet/WIFI 2.4 & 5 Ghz available in my Barn 175 Feet away from my Home
My Research and Problem: I am trying to find a Netgear solution using all Netgear hardware, to allow me to extend my Internet and WIFI (2.4 & 5 Ghz) into the barn that is located about 150 feet away from my house. I also want to have all new devices I install, to connect and run on my existing network. In the Barn, I have three large Lift Master Garage doors openers that I want to connect to WIFI for security monitoring on my network, and I want to connect a few IP POE PTZ cameras in the barn as well. I have drawn up a simple architecture plan and hoping my plan can be viewed by the community and Netgear support, to advise me if my strategy and selections of Netgear hardware will accomplish my goals. I like the Idea of Using Netgear Insight to setup and manage all of the Netgear equipment using one app and the ability to add and recognize the new equipment on my existing network. That is a plus for me! Remember I no longer make my living as a IT professional or a professional Wireless WIFI Installer, but I once was in another life. I am now trying to be a farmer who is trying to save some money. I am always open for guidance and advice when it comes to the newest technologies. I also happen to have and still maintain a COMPTIA Security+ certification, when I worked in the IT world, before I retired. Any advice and suggestions or recommendations will be greatly appreciated as I dont know whole lot about these equipment, other than what I have learned in my research on line. So I decided to reach out and ask the experts from Netgear and the community for your advice. My network modem/Router and ISP service is Xfinity X1 that provides me 500 GPS speed. Actual steady through put speed is around 350 GPS which is pretty darn good! I run Windows 10 Home and Pro on 3 Machines in my network. Several WIFI devices throughout my home connect to the network using assigned static IP addresses. Family WIFI devices connect through DHCP on the network but are all MAC address managed for connection to the network. Have not had any problems with the signal strength from the ISP and most of the time my WIFI devices have 4 bars strength throughout the house. I did install one MESH AP on the other side of the house to improve WIFI connectivity.
So here are my selections - In the basement mounted inside a Network 19 Inch rack, I will install a Netgear GC510P POE switch. I will run a cat6 cable from the GS510P POE switch into an existing Netgear JGS524 V2 switch to provide a network connection. The JGS524 V2 switch also connects and distributes the network over several Cat6 Ethernet ports throughout the house. It also supports existing secuirty Video cameras and an NVR. Next I will mount on the outside wall of the garage, a Netgear Wireless Airbridge WBC502 (Master) radio. I will run a pair of Cat6 cables from the basement, connected to the GS510P POE switch, up to the Wireless AirBridge (Master Radio), mounted on the outside wall of the Garage. On the barn wall located 150 feet away, I will mount a matching Wireless WBC502 Airbridge (Satellite) radio. I plan to install a surge protector on both sides of the Bridge, to protect the network equipment. From the Bridge mounted on the barn wall, I will run a pair of Cat6 cables from the Satellite bridge directly into barn into a 19 inch rack. Inside the rack, I will install a Netgear GC510P POE switch. This switch will provide for alot flexibility in providing ethernet, WIFI and POE 802.3af and 802.3at support inside the barn area. I will install a WAC564 Mesh AP that allows me to also extend the network with Ethernet and WIFI capability to other IP devices, located in an office area of the barn. From the GC510P POE switch I plan to run 3 IP cameras that require 802.3at support. As I mentioned before I have three large Lift Master Garage doors openers that I want to connect to the 2.4 Ghz WIFI for security monitoring purposes, and manage over my home network. So there you have it! I have also attached a very crude drawing I created showing a brief outline of the equipment connections. The drawing was made using Microsoft Word as My VISIO subscription has ended, so please forgive my crude Topology Architecture drawing.
Please respond back to me with your comments and suggestions, and whether I am making the correct choices on the Netgear euipment I have closen to meet my Internet and WIFI needs in the Barn area located of my property. I am very anxious to begin the procurement process looking for the best deals on the proposed Netgear ewuipment I mentioned here in this inquiry.

Good job, not much to add.
If both switches are in the same rack/location, connect each direct to the cable modem/router.
While I like this typical Airbridge implementation (will perform well), it's disputable on this "short" distance if pulling in a network cable (or a fiber to avoid some risks) would not be a mid- or long-term better solution.
Let us know how the project does go on!- JamesYale53Aspirant

I do like the idea of running cat6 or Fiber but unfortunetly the problem is I have alot of cement in the way and I really dont want to have to dig up under the driveway and to run the cable and access to the basement overhead from the garage, as it would not be very practicle. So my next best choice is to use the AirBridge.
Yes, One switch in the house side will be connected directly to the Xfinity X1 router. On the other end of the bridge, which is located 175 feet away, there will be another like switch, mounted in a 19 Inch rack, inside the barn. The bridge will make ethernet network available to the barn. The AP being installed in the barn will get me the WIFI I need. So at the end of the day I should be able to connect all devices to my own network through Insight and these devices.
Question: Do you know what procedure I can use with INsight to add all of the devices to my own network?
