How many MS are deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between MR📡 and MS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Should connect ok with the EX7700. 30 feet distance is recommended as well.️
- Kingy101Jan 30, 2024AspirantI currently have 1 satellite connected . Square footage of home is 432ft Sq.
Approximately 12ft between router & satellite (wirelessly).
Was thinking of positioning the EX7700 upstairs .
Hope that helps ?- FURRYe38Jan 30, 2024Guru - Experienced User
What is the building materials of this home?
432ft? Small home?
12 feet to TOO close between the MR and the MS. You need 30 feet to start here in between them.
- Kingy101Jan 30, 2024AspirantOutside walls are brick & block. Inner walls are plasterboard. Small house compared to US house maybe. MR & MS have worked absolutely fine for years . I just need more signal upstairs. Had to move MS from upstairs to downstairs. Both MR & MS have never been 30ft apart.
