That's not helpful and didn't answer the questions.
Saying its a voip setup is like a mechanic asking what vehicle you drive and saying "its a car".
Details are key.
What phone/setup are you using?
Are you connecting it to your computer?
Directly to the router?
Did you contact your work IT department for help setting it up?
- NursegrlMar 29, 2022AspirantIt is nothing that I set up. I assume it’s all web based through Chrome. All I need to do is login to their site with username and password, and enter into their call queue. Their IT said they can’t help me, they are only helpful for “bugs” in their system. That’s all the info I have on the setup. I apologize I don’t have more details.

why do you think its the router causing the issues?
Have you tried it with your pc connected directly to the modem?- NursegrlMar 29, 2022AspirantYes, I have tried connecting my PC directly to the modem, and have also tried with another computer as well, to rule out it being an issue with my PC. No one else on my work team is experiencing this issue.
