Netgear can we please just have a working software update that will work with the Apple homepod? This is ridiculous.

All I get when I call neatgear support is I am out of time for support, PAY more $$$ aand we can help you. WAIT! listen to what is happening FIRST!!! Really need some customer service training at Netgear!!!!!
