Hooked up Nighthawk MR60 now IPTV womt work without a VPN

IP TV was working just fine with old router ..hooked up nighthawk MR 60 with a satellite and now the IP TV will not work unless I download a VPN to my Apple TV and turn it on. Is there any way to do this without a VPN

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    Might ask your ISP or IPTV service provider is there is any special configurations needed on the MR to address this.
