We have the Netgear Nighthawk mesh (router with 2 satellites) wifi system. The HP smart tank 7602 purchased 2 months ago (so is current printer). We are having so many problems with the printer goin...
Try going into the router and setting the printer with a reserved address.
For a rookie, how would I do that?

Another questions:
- What type of laptops are printing to this HP?
(Windows? Mac? Chromebook?) - Are they printing to the HP through the WiFi network or directly?
- Is the Orbi WiFi system being managed through the web interface (http://orbilogin.net ) or using the Orbi 'app'?
(The web interface has a feature to assign network addresses to devices. The 'app' does not.) - Do the laptops print correctly some of the time, and then not print at other times?
- Something to contact the printers Mfr support for help and information regarding there product.
- What type of laptops are printing to this HP?
