Sounds like it "does everything":
Another questions:
- What type of laptops are printing to this HP?
(Windows? Mac? Chromebook?) - Are they printing to the HP through the WiFi network or directly?
- Is the Orbi WiFi system being managed through the web interface (http://orbilogin.net ) or using the Orbi 'app'?
(The web interface has a feature to assign network addresses to devices. The 'app' does not.) - Do the laptops print correctly some of the time, and then not print at other times?
- Something to contact the printers Mfr support for help and information regarding there product.

Thank you. I have read through the article. #7 refers to getting the MAC address of the computer or server. Aren't I trying to create a static address for the printer and therefore need to assign the MAC address of the printer to this address reservation. I want to be able to access this printer from 2 different laptops and our cellphones.

Is there supposed to be a question mark in there?
Talk of a static address can be confusing. It means different things depending on the context.
Playing with Mac addresses is also usually not necessary. The IP address should do it.
There are two ways of locking down the IP address for a printer.
One is to go into the printer's own management interface and work out how to fix the IP address so that is the one that the printer goes for when it connects.
The other is to go into the routers graphical user interface (GUI) and to set a reserved IP address for your printer. In that way, the router sets that address aside for the printer whenever it connects.
I want to be able to access this printer from 2 different laptops and our cellphones.Set up the network properly and you should not need to do anything for that to happen. The devices will see the printer on the network. Make contact with the manufacturer of the printer for help and information regarding there printer.
