I noticed the MS60 kept recycling

Having a similar issue. Have had the MR/MS60 mesh system for five years. During the last week and a half, had wifi issues, which have since been fixed (relocated modem, new line for modem, new modem), which have improved speeds tremendously. However while troubleshooting to determine the cause of our issues, I noticed the MS60 kept recycling. The MR60 always remains on, but the MS60 locks up for a few minutes, and then reboots. I've tried pressing the sync button to resync it, as well as a factory reset, but nothing seems to work.

What is the distance between the MR and MS? 30 feet is about starting distance between them.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Try a factory reset on the MR and MS. While MS is in same room as the MR. Let the MS auto sync to the MR, then start to setup the MR using a wired PC and web browser:

After the setup completes, if MS is stable with BLUE front LED, place back in remote location.
