How many months ago did you purchase your Starlink system? It will help tell which model you have. Starlink recently released a new model.
Could you take a digital picture of your Starlink modem and attach it to a message reply?

One of the first ones. Has a port on back I could hook the NightHawk AX1800 into. Starlink finally responded and said to just replace the starlink router with the nighthawk one. I’ll try that.

Starlink finally answered my query. Said to disconnect the Starlink router and use the Nighthawk mesh router and all should work. My Starlink system was one of the first ones out so it does have a spot to plug in the Blackhawk direct to the router but I couldn’t figure out how to proceed to get them both in sync. Wish me luck. This to all!
