Issue: Can't Connect Unmanaged Switch to MR60
Have read all past discussions about this but couldn't find a confirmed solution. Here are my hardware: Cable Modem: MT7711 24X8 Cable Modem Two unmanaged switches: Trendnet TEG-S80g Netgea...

The MT7711 is a modem/router combo device. And going router----router causes a double nat unless setup properly.
IT doesn't always cause issues but when it does, then you need to fix the double nat.
A double nat happens when you cascade more than 1 router.

Fixes? There’s 3 options but only use 1.
1. Put the modem/gateway in modem only/pass through mode. This disables its routing functions.
2. Leave the modem/gateway in router mode but put the Netgears IP address into its DMZ. This forwards the data to the netgear. You can either leave the modem/gateway’s wireless enabled or disabled. Just make sure its using a different wifi channel to prevent interference
3. Put the Netgear into access point mode. This disables its routing functions. Wifi/ethernet still works but it does disable some features.

Thanks for the instruction.
I've been talking with Xfinity several times and they do not offer fixed IP service. So I can't put the cable modem in pass through mode.
I do think it's the right solution though.

Try option #2 with the modem and MR.
If you just have the MR disconnected from the modem and have the GS series switch connected to the MR and one or two wired PC connected to the switch, can you reach the MRs web page at the PCs in a web browser?

Are you using any special features on the mr60?
if not, it works well in access point mode.
You could go
MT7711-----switches----->mr60 in AP mode.
and if you plan on hardwiring in the satellites you could go
mt7711---into wan port----MR60 (in ap mode)----lan ports----->switches----->satellites
