M560 mesh router with 2 satellites won't sync

I have had this 2 satellite router  for 2 years.  Main router is in living room and 1 satellite in bedroom.  'Both work fine.  I have the 2nd satellite in 1 br apt. next door about 30 ft from other satellite.  It was working when I first set it up, but I just noticed orange light.  I have unplugged, hit reset and hit sync button many times.  I disconnected main router for 60 seconds, synced both main and satellite at the same time, put satellite within 6 ft of main router.  Nothing will cause satellite to sync.  Is it dead?  Thanks for any held

    Turn OFF the other MS and try to sync the one MS to the MR. 

    Might remove the one entry seen on the MRs web page under connected devices if he shows a disconnect button there. Then reboot the MR then try to resync the MS. 

     

    Try  a factory reset on the MS and MR and setup from scratch. I'd leave the other MS OFF.
