You might need to "install" the full new system to get everything updated and on the same firmware. Once you have it all updated. Factory reset the satellites and see if you can add them to the original system (or vice versa).
Agree with the powering off the original satellites. The orbi's sometimes needed satellites powered off to add above a certain amount of satellites.
I would caution that the MK63 system is pretty base level dual band system. If you can hardwire in any satellites, it'll improve their performance big time. Plus try to avoid daisy chaining them.
