What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
Just did a simulated power outage for 1 minute with my MR and after I powered it back ON, got internet services. It's using latest FW v.132 currently.
interesting that fw version is newer than mine. I'd like to update and rule that out, but everytime i check for updates its said my version is the latest. the firmware has never updated
Thats ok. Sometimes NG doesn't push FW via the auto update feature. Mine didn't see this either. It's ok to manually update though:
