Sorry, It is an ARRIS DAR3402. When I click the details it says the make and model is TM3402A.
Make sure nothing else is connected to the modem. It has 4x ethernet ports but most ISP's only support 1 device connected
This particular modem only has one ethermet port on the back for some reason. I am using that port to connect to the nighthawk router. The router then has one additional open port which is the one I used to connect the TV.
do any other devices have issues?
No other device has issues but every other device connects via wireless. This is the only device I am trying to connect via ethernet cable in hopes of getting faster speeds to my TV.
