Mesh WiFi 6 System Setup

I am attempting to set up my new MeshWifi 6 System AX1800 and it says it’s an invalid QR code so I attempted manually using the preset login and password but it says it doesn’t find that network. I did connect the router to our modem which went fine. Now what?

    What mesh system is it? (hint, ax1800 is a model)

    What modem/gateway are you connecting it to?

    If its a new purchase, you get 90 days of free support to help with setup. sometimes is a faster option. 

    To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
    Register an account (or login) and then the device.
    From there you can start the support process.
