What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
How many MS are deployed?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.

How do I find out firmware version?
Both the modem and the router were turned off all night, then turned back on this morning.

Motorola has made quite a few different DOCSIS 3.1modems over the years.

Are you leaving the ISP modem and MK system OFF every day or was this a one time that you had turned everything OFF? They should be left ON 24/7.

Might power things OFF again. This time, power OFF the MS and MR first, then the ISP modem for 30 seconds then back ON. Give it 1 minute then power ON just the MR first. After it's ready and front LED is blue, check internet with a couple of wifi devices and a ethernet connected PC to the back of the MR. See if internet is accessible here.
