MK63 Satellites has no devices connected to it
I've noticed on my nighthawk app that no devices are connected to my satellites. i've recently updated all firmware on the router and the satellites, but its still the same. What can be the issue?

How far apart is the router from the satellites?
What actual firmware are you on?
Have you logged in through the browser and checked the satellites? (you can log into each satellite)
I've found the app isn't always accurate.

The satellites are within 5-8 meters of eachother. The router is on the 2nd floor just by the stairs.
The frimware is V1.1.6.122.
Yes, ive logged in to the IP of each satellite

The satellites/router need to be at least 30ft from each other for devices to roam properly.
try moving them further apart.

The router and the first satellite are more than 30ft apart. The 2nd satellite and the first are closer

Try disconnecting your phone/tablet/pc from the wifi and reconnecting it.
Its your devices own roaming protocol that allows devices to switch between satellite/router.
