Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

What FW version is on the MR and other MS units?
The FW version needs to be the same across all units.
I'd turn OFF the other MS and bring the add-on on to the same room as the MR. Ethernet connect it to the back of the MR and see if you can find the IP address on the MRs web page for the MS. Use this IP address to log into the add-on MS web page and see what version is there or then manually update the FW on this MS by downloading the FW files from NGs download page.

Hi FURRYe38,
Great suggestion. I did as you described. I was able to access the addon satellite while hard wired and it has the same firmware version as the rest of the devices which is the latest version (1.1.7.12). Should I try reinstalling the firmware on the satellite or is there something else I should try next? Thanks for your help!

Latest is v.14:
I would get these files downloaded first, update ALL MS first by directly uploading the MS FW file to the MS web page, then update the MR lastly.

Ah, the update checker wasn't finding this new version. I went ahead and downloaded the updates and updated each device manually. I don't have physical access to the equipment at the moment but will disconnect the addon satellite from hardwire and see if it syncs up. I'll be back in touch. Thanks again!
