MR60 - Blinking White Front Light

Hello,

 

I have an MR60 mesh system that has had the firmware become corrupt (I believe), the status light on the front of the device is flashing white. I've tried to flash the firmware through TFTP, but the device just continues to flash white, even after leaving it for an hour afterwards. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Attached is a photo of the TFTP process completing.

    Pressing the reset button for 15 seconds doesn't do anything? 

    Try the 30-30-30 reset process?

      I bought my new setup today and followed the instuctions on the app and ended upp with the same issue.

       

      Tried to reset the the mr60 and it didn't slove the issue for me.

       

      I cant logg on to the web browser from my pc, not by wire or by wifi.

        I would return the set and get another and use a wired PC and web browser to set it up. Don't use the NH app.
