MR60 could not get IP address

Hello I've had the Mesh wifi 6 router MR60 for a few years and for some unknown reasons, it stopped working.  I tried factory resetting and now the router cannot find the IP address.  Please let me ...

I have the Aris modem.  If I connect my computer directly to the modem, it works fine.  The wifi is not working.  Someone please help
