What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
Any MS deployed? If so, how many and distanced in between the MR and MS?
Do a online WhoIs lookup on those IP addresses to see where they are coming from.
Are devices wireless or ethernet connected to the MR?

Hitron Technologies EN2251 - I just got this a few months ago but was also happening with the previous modem.
I am using a CAT 5e cable. I will try some other cables that I have.
I have 4 MS installed. They are scattered throughout the house. The closest is probably 30 feet away and the farthest might be 60 feet away from the MR.
The IPs have NetName of GOOGLE, MSFT, GOOGLE-CLOUD, AT-88-Z (Amazon is the organization).
Devices are wireless to the MR/MS, but I've previously had them wired to the MS.

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
Definitely try CAT6 cabling.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

The house is 3 story, about 3800 sq ft.
I ordered a CAT6 and will try that when it comes in.
No resets have been performed, will try that if the CAT6 doesn't fix the problem.

Might also try reducing the MS deployment by one or two.
