Fully converted to bridge mode?
I do not see any errors reported in Log. I do see log lines with [DoS attack: Fraggle Attack] or [DoS attack: RST Scan] on a regular basis. Not sure if this is the cause
Netgear's firmware is great at creating those spurious log reports. The issue comes up here regularly. They are generally harmless.
I had done a full hardware reset couple of months back.I had seen the issue before I upgraded to the latest version
The logical response to problems like this is not to wait for months but to perform a reset, especially if issues persist after a firmware update.

I believe CAX 30 only has router or modem mode. Mine is setup as modem mode

More likely modem/router or modem.

The CAX30 is a GATEWAY modem, thus built in router and wifi along with a cable modem. This unit has two modes, router (gateway) mode or Modem only mode. When in Modem Only mode, the router and wifi are disabled on the CAX30.
I have this model online right now.

For a modem/router, "modem only" and "bridge" are the same thing.

I have had this issue almost on a daily basis. MR60 drops wifi for no reason and then comes back on. All physically connected devices continue to work. I have done full reset , have updated channels too.
At times it will completely freeze (i.e. no wifi will work), while physical ports are working. Only option is to power cycle ( at times I have to power cycle the modem too) with a wait of 1-5 minutes between off and on. While powering off I disconnected all the cables too.
