MR60 Issues with Amazon Prime App
Firmware
V1.1.7.134_2.0.65
Okay, so this one is quite puzzling to me: A few days after I installed my MR60 system (one router, 2 satellites) my Amazon Prime app stopped working on my Google TV boxes (note it did work initially with the nighthawk system). When I say it stopped working the app opens and displays an error as if there is no internet connection. If I hot spot the Google TV boxes to my cellular provider or connect them directly to my ISPs modem Amazon Prime works fine, so by process of elimination it seems the MR60 is to blame. Note, Amazon Prime works fine on our iOS devices. I have rebooted the nighthawk system, and have used this forum to troubleshoot the system (disabling Armor, enabling IP6, etc). I did try changing the DNS as well (cloudflare and google), but every time I do the internet simply stops working for some reason. I did wipe both Google TV boxes back to factory, but that did not help either. Every other streaming service works fine (Netflix, HBO, Paramount, Peacock, etc). Outside of this odd issue the mesh system is wonderful.
Prior to this I used Google WiFi and never had this issue.
I appreciate any ideas on this one

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended. What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between MR📡 and MS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
