What firmware version do you have on the MR60?
A number is more useful than "the latest". There may be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.
If there is one it might also help if you told people the make and model number of the modem/gateway/ONT that sits between this router and the Internet. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
I ask because a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.

There’s nothing before the MR60. Been using it this way for almost 2 years and haven’t had this issue. Firmware version is v1.1.7.134

There is always something between a router and the Internet. A modem, a Gateway or an ONT, It may be hidden, but it is there.
Did you try this?

- Chasebailey1Nov 23, 2023AspirantYeah I googled everythingi could think of. And called my ISP. no help. There’s a dish on the outside of my house aimed at the grain elevator, & then their line from it to this white thing that plugs in and that line goes into it and another comes out to MR60. Nothing has changed in the last 2 years that I’ve had this setup and now all the sudden I’m having strict NAT & double NAT issues. Doesn’t make sense to me but I also know nothing about this. Never had to worry about it.
