Your ISP Modem already has a built in router and wifi. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. This would be a double NAT condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the NG router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the NG router gets from the modem. https://kb.netgear.com/25891/DMZ-on-NETGEAR-routers

3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the NG router to the modem, LAN to LAN configure AP mode on the NG router.

I could try Option #3 . It allows me to try to connect to the internet as it was before using NG Router Wifi but unable to connect to work network. I did stop WFI operation on AT&T Modem/Router. The speed test on NG router looks good but cannot connect. I tested with AT&T modem/Router and the speed is low but connected to the office network using AT&T wifi.

That does not disable the router bit of the modem/router.
If you just want the MK63 system to provide wifi, put the MR60 into AP mode.

If you want the Mesh system to do anything fancier, like running Netgear Armor or that sort of thing, see if you can "bridge" the modem/router and get the other stuff to work.
The speed test on NG router looks good but cannot connect. If that test is with the Nighthawk app, it is not a wifi speed test. It is a wired test from the router to the Internet that the app sets off. Your wifi tests will be different.
The most versatile option is probably the DMZ route, but you might want an easier explanation of how to go about that. I prefer "dunce level" advice, my own expertise, to fancy terminology.
What is that modem/router?

You can use the usual tools to get help on how to put the AT&T modem into bridge mode:
at t modem router bgw320 500 bridge mode - Google Search
There are several hits there that should take you through the process.
This is a more generic option:
at t modem router bridge mode - Google Search
The good news is that AT&T, unlike some ISPs, does not try to block this option.
In your case, it isn't just a case of avoiding conflicts between router and modem/router. You need to check that this move would allow everything else to work as you want. So you may have to do a bit of experimenting to ensure that the router can still connect to the office network and that you get the performance that you expect, and have paid for.
You have nothing to lose by playing around. You can always change to a different approach, putting the MR60 into AP mode for example.
An important thing to remember is that when playing around, you need to restart stuff in the correct order:
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:- Turn off and unplug modem.
- Turn off router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on computers and rest of network.
