MR60 Router Only Connects limited devices to WIFI but not to Internet after Power Outage

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
Does the front LED on the MR turn AMBER when this happens? Should be BLUE. Same for MS, they should be blue as well after a short period of time when they come online and connect to the MR.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.

Yes the lights will turn blue. As I mentioned in another reply, I changed the password back to the original after adding some devices back and it did the same thing. It only connects a limited number then nothing gets an IP and when assigning a static IP i can talk to the router but not internet.
Sounds like a possible interoperability issue between the MR and your ISP modem/ONT. May not be fully connecting properly during a power outage and everything comes back ON.
