MR60 Satellite won't connect
After doing an update, 1 of 2 satellites wont connect. Tried customer support, but no help there. System is less than 30 days old and was functioning great until the update. App shows zero firmware...

You need to update the MS before updating the MR. Keep this in mind for future updates.
What you need to do is factory reset the MS. Wire connect a PC to the 1st satellite. Already have the most current FW version files downloaded on to this PC.
Wire connect 1 PC to the back of the MS. Factory reset the MS, wait about 5 minutes. The PC will get a IP address from the satellite. The RBS will be 192.168.1.250. Use this IP address in a web browser to log in to the satellites web page. Log in as admin and password. Use the satellites web page FW update feature to select the FW update file that was unpacked from the .zip file. Then factory reset and then re-sync the satellites to the MR.

I am not sure if my problem is the same, but I am also unable to connect to two satelites. Is there any resolution?
In my case, I had a two-node model (MR60 + MS60) but the main MR60 router was water damaged, so I bought another new two node (MR60 + MS60) system, with the hopes of using the old, undamaged satelite with the new main router. It had always been my intention to have 3 nodes, so that softened the blow of losing my main router.
When I installed the new main router, it updated firmware as part of the instalation process to v1.0.6.110. I see that the new MS60 satelite has the same firmware version of v1.0.6.110. I have no way to check what firmware the old MS60 satelite (the one that will not add).
When I try to add the satelite; I did a factory reset, tried to add in the phone app, hit the sync button when prompted, but if fails to find the Satelite that is sitting 3 feet from the main MR60 router. The light on the satelite turns blue, but I dont see it in my network map on the app.
Has everyone just been left out on their own with no hopes of adding this satelites?

In my case the MR60 MS60 V1.0.6.110 software upgrade made one of my two MS60 satellites only ***appear*** not to be connected however it actually is and is operating with its LED status light continously blue. That update's release notes read:
1. Fixed security issues.
2. Fixed the issue where Armor won’t identify joined satellite as a vulnerable device.
Having a security issue fixed seems important to me so I'm not inclined to roll back the installed firmware to the older version that never exhibited the symptom we're all writing about.
In a 13 Feb 2021 Netgear chat support session I was walked through power cycling and hard resetting the MS60 satellite that won't appear on either browser or iOS Nighthawk apps however that didn't help at all and the continously blue status LED reportedly means the "missing" satellite is actually present and operating fine. Netgear escalated my case to a phone support call the same day and when we finished performing various tests the support person acknowledged that there must be a Netgear problem, apparently either in the way the browser- and iOS-based management apps "talk to" the missing MS60 or the way that MS60 reports its information. In any case the support person assured me that Netgear would properly resolve the matter, perhaps by issuing an update to the brower- and iOS-based apps, not the MR60 or MS60.
Almost three weeks have passed and three days ago the iOS Nighthawk app was updated to version 2.8.5.16 however, MOST UNFORTUNATELY, updating to that did not fix the problem; it still doesn't properly display my "missing" satellite. (The "missing" satellite appears in the Network Map view but connected via a dotted line and with a "bad" red status dot that should instead be "good" green.
So Netgear, it seems only fair to ask you to please openly address this annoying issue and indicate what will be done and when a fix is estimated to be provided without having to purchase a support contract to units that are under warranty. Would you (Netgear) do that please?
